About Sandra Madeira

I am a working mum and entrepreneur with a passion for writing, coaching, mentoring and inspiring others. Subjects I tend to blog about are life skills, parenting, decluttering, worklife balance, career etc. I’ve been on a decluttering mission for years creating space in my house, garden and mind. In 2020 I challenged myself to declutter every day for a whole year and write about it daily. After that success I took on a challenge to change my career from accountant to life coach, and in early 2024 set up my own company. I continue to keep up with the decluttering, and now write daily about my home life and coaching business. Have a good day! A few days off

Clearing up the mess

Hi   Just had a breakthrough when asking my three year old put the pens back in the pot.  She didn’t seem interested and obviously said no.  I asked again, nicely.  She looked at the mess and said ‘it’s too much.’  … Continue reading

Is ironing everything really that important?

Hi   I really don’t believe everything has to be ironed and try to stick to my 30 minute limit a week for what I think needs ironing.  Nevertheless there are times when the pile gets too much and in order to catch … Continue reading

Happy New Year with a hangover

Hi   What better way to start the new year, but with a hangover – I think not!  It doesn’t help if your partner has a hangover too and the children are full of the joys of Spring (as the … Continue reading

Stress reduction for busy mums

Hi I wouldn’t have started my book ‘Little Tips and Luxuries for Stressed and Busy Mums’ if things were going smoothly all the time.  I’m now six months in to writing it and although I have sent a synopsis to … Continue reading
