In this week’s exercises in Stephanie Bennett Vogt’s book A Year to Clear, she writes about Sensing Energy in Things and Spaces. Day 71 is entitled “Not all spaces feel the same”. Days 72 through to 77 (today) are all about how we as energy beings are connected to everything and everyone. No wonder I get frustrated when there is so much stuff around me. All the more reason to have at least one clear space to go to.
After some reflection on my week, I thought I’d share my answers to the questions that are written on day 77.

I’ve also been quite consciously clearing some more of the study. I sat in the corner of the room yesterday and drew the following in my notebook; I just wrote what I saw and felt without pausing…

… and it’s funny that not long after that, I just started picking things up and making decisions. I also cleared a good portion of the desk so that I could sit and write comfortably without having to move things out of the way. The room is starting to feel more spacious and I’m being more productive.
My new in box
I now have a new self-made ‘in box’ large enough to handle all paperwork as it comes into my life. It’s really working out well… but more on that another day once I’ve used it for a few weeks.
Hope you are all having a good week
Until next time…
Sandra
I find it very interesting to see how you respond to these prompts. The way you journal about them is great – and different from the way I’m doing it.
How very interesting – I suppose we all learn differently. I always tend to interpret anything I learn in a visual way. Thanks for commenting 😊
Good for you on really looking into how certain spaces make you feel and your response to clutter. I can’t have an “in box” myself because it becomes a dumping ground and papers get forgotten and just pile up. I force myself to deal with each piece of paper as it arrives, it really is the only way for me to deal with it all.
Thank you. I’m usually the same with an inbox – I have several that are buried. I totally get how you find it best to deal with things straight away. I’m testing out something slightly different this time, for those things that I just haven’t got time to deal with. I’ll write about it soon. Hope you’re having a good day.
